Omari R. Ware
Co-Chairman of the Board, Co-President & Co-CEO

Omari R. Ware is responsible for overseeing business development and corporate marketing at Eyetrans – including retail markets, advertising, product management, strategic partnerships and geographical expansion. He brings considerable knowledge of management and operations to the company. Prior to founding Eyetrans, Mr. Ware managed and owned a number of commercial and residential real estate properties in Washington, DC and worked in corporate finance at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP.

Mr. Ware holds a B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University.

St. Elmo W. Crawford III
Co-Chairman of the Board, Co-President & Co-CEO

St. Elmo Crawford is responsible for overseeing all of Eyetrans’ operations, programming, field support and event marketing activities – including programming, creative, technological support and fundraising. As a seasoned event planner and fundraiser, prior to co-founding Eyetrans, Mr. Crawford has extensive event marketing experience working with John Kerry for President, The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. and Doug Duncan for Governor of Maryland. Mr. Crawford has a successful history planning events throughout the Washington, DC area and has extensive experience in the conference and event industry as a result of his work with organizations and event sponsors to produce and finance various projects.

Mr. Crawford holds a B.A. in Business Marketing from Old Dominion University.
